  • The product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is not categorized as non-returnable, such as perishable items (seeds, fertilizers, etc.), customized products, or products marked as final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Seeds or Plants (for health and safety reasons).
  • Fertilizers, Pesticides, and other agricultural chemicals.
  • Customized items or bulk orders.
  • Gift cards or promotional products marked as final sale.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the product back.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
  5. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
